Nassau County Police Charge 10 With DWI

The Nassau County Police Department reported the following arrests for DWI for the week ending Feb. 27. All charges are merely accusations.

• Victor Ramanand, 50, of Baldwin, was arrested on School Street in Baldwin at 5:10 a.m. on Feb. 20.
• Samantha J. Koppen, 29, of Levittown, was arrested on North Newbridge Road in East Meadow at 12:45 a.m. on Feb. 21.Luz Marte Garcia, 52, of Amityville, was arrested on East Pine Street in Massapequa at 12:35 a.m. on Feb. 22.
• Raul E. Laz0, 52, of Bethpage, was arrested on South Broadway in Bethpage at 1:55 a.m. on Feb. 22.
• Alicia N. Edwards, 36, of Springfield Gardens, was arrested at the Coliseum Motor Inn on Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow at 3:54 a.m. on Feb. 22.
• Darrell R. Spaights, 37, of Brooklyn, was arrested at exit 44 of the LIE in Jericho at 4 a.m. on Feb. 22.
• Ekarin Fuentes, 45, of Dalton, was arrested on 2nd Avenue in Massapequa Park at 2:45 a.m. on Feb. 23.
• Thomas J. Dupkavich, 25, of Huntington Station,w as arrested on Conklin Street in Farmingdale at 3:15 a.m. on Feb. 23.
• Roberto Flores, 48, of Valley Stream, was arrested at the Majestic Diner on Old Country Road in Westbury, at 4:15 a.m. on Feb. 23.
• Carlos e. Herrera, 49, of Baldwin, was arrested at Spices Restaurant on Grand Avenue in South Hempstead at 9 p.m. on Feb. 23.
• Edvin gonzalez Lopez, 45, of Roosevelt, was arrested on Lakewood Avenue in Roosevelt at 10:57 p.m. on Feb. 25.
