Nassau County Police Charge 13 With DWI

The Nassau County Police Department reported the following arrests for driving while intoxicated for the week ending Dec. 12. All charges are merely accusations.

• Joseph J. Rivello, 45, of Forest Hills, was arrested on Main Street in Roslyn at 11:35 p.m. on Dec. 5.
• Angel R. Salinas-Vargas, 42, of Inwood, was arrested on Irving Place in Woodmere at 2:26 a.m. on Dec. 6.
• David T. Dee, 33, of Levittown, was arrested at Stop and Shop on Hempstead Turnpike in Levittown at 4:15 a.m. on Dec. 6.
• Stacy A. Bila-Cassidy, 53, of Amityville, was arrested on Fulton Street in Farmingdale at 11:35 p.m. on Dec. 6.
• Guido Unterschuetz, 48, of Bay Shore, was arrested on Main Street in Farmingdale at 2:05 a.m. on Dec. 7.
• Charles Maxwell Miller III, 27, of Levittown, was arrested at Chase Bank on Northern Boulevard in Greenvale at 2:20 a.m. on Dec. 7.
• Jose L. Murciano, 31, of New York City, was arrested on Hicksville Road in Bethpage at 1:20 a.m. on Dec. 8.
• Andre Andras, 39, of New Cassel, was arrested on Jerusalem Avenue in Uniondale at 2:55 a.m. on Dec. 8.
• Jabobo E. Olmino, 28, of South Farmingdale, was arrested on the LIE at Exit 39 in Roslyn at 4:25 a.m. on Dec. 8.
• Dussoir Louimaire, 37, of Wheatley Heights, was arrested on the LIE at Exit 48 in Plainview at 5:45 a.m. on Dec. 8.
• Bogdan Kretunski, 51, of Staten Island, was arrested on the LIE at Exit 41 in jericho at 4:55 p.m. on Dec. 10.
• Carol A. Palese, 50, of Hicksville, was arrested on Stewart Avenue in Bethpage at 1:50 a.m. on Dec. 12.
• Damian M. Albano, 46, of Danbury, was arrested on Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow at 2:15 a.m. on Dec. 12.
