Nassau County Police Charge 5 With DWI

NASSAU COUNTY, NY — The Nassau County Police Department reported the following arrests for driving while intoxicated for the week ending May 21. All charges are merely accusations.

• Curt A. Roberts, 51, of Rosedale, was arrested on Cedarhurst Street in North Woodmere at 9:34 p.m. on May 22.
• Wilson Pinguil, 36, of Corona, was arrested on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa at 10:16 p.m. on May 22.
• Johndel Rodriguez, 19, of Freeport, was arrested on Hempstead Turnpike in Uniondale at 2:20 a.m. on May 24.
• Cindy J. Macio, 33, of Jackson Heights, was arrested on Sunrise Highway in Wantagh at 1:35 a.m. on May 25.
• John Cezario, 40, of Carle Place, was arrested on Whitney Street in Carle Place at 6:45 p.m. on May 27.
