Nassau Police Charge 13 With DWI

The Nassau County Police Department announced the following arrests for driving while intoxicated for the week ending April 4. All charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.

• Nicole M. Morrison, 25, of Long Beach, was arrested on Austin Road in Island Park on March 29.
• Michael A. Elliot, Jr., 40, of Malverne, was arrested on Peninsula Boulevard in Lynbrook on March 29.
• Vasilios Albanis, 24, of North Babylon, was arrested on March 29 at the Best Western Bar Harbor Motel on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa Park.
• Russell M. Candelaria, 48, of Deer Park, was arrested on Austin Boulevard in Island Park on March 31.
• Kraig Smith, 48, of Baldwin, was arrested on the Southern State Parkway at Exit 13N in North Valley Stream on March 31.
• Jabroop Lal, 50, of North Valley Stream, was arrested on R Street in Elmont on March 31.
• Adrisio R. Bonifacio, 21, of Freeport, was arrested on Greenwich Street in Hempstead on April 1.
• Ricardo R. Bocanegra Vega, 30, of Massapequa, was arrested on the Long Island Expressway in East Hills on April 1.
• Shandi S. Polonio, 38, of Jamaica, was arrested on Hempstead Turnpike in Uniondale on April 2.
• Matthew R. McKeon, 31, of Massapequa Park, was arrested on Park Boulevard in Massapequa Park on April 2.
• Maria D. Monge-Acuna, 36, of Marlborough, was arrested on North Long Beach Road in Oceanside on April 3.
• Asher Hassan Rizvi, 21, of Hicksville, was arrested on Old Country Road in Hicksville on April 3.
• Atin Verma, 41, of Jericho, was arrested on Bethpage Drive in Hicksville on April 4.
