Nassau Police Charge 14 With DWI

Nassau County police announced the following arrests for driving while intoxicated for the week ending Sept. 26. All charges are merely accusations.

• Michael J. Shaughnessy, 48, of Farmingdale, was arrested at 12:47 a.m. in Farmingdale on Sept. 20.
• Kyle R. Bailey, 29, of Rosedale, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. in Carle Place on Sept. 20.
• Leroy James, 74, of West Hempstead, was arrested at 8:38 p.m. in East Williston on Sept. 20.
• Eduardo A. Pineda, 45, of Carle Place, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. in Westbury on Sept. 21.
• Teodulo O. Yap, 67, of Maspeth, was arrested at 3:34 a.m. in East Hills on Sept. 21.
• Achon R. Haslip, 35, of North Lawrence, was arrested at 3:23 a.m. in Balwin on Sept. 21.
• Wallace D. Flannery, 62, of Lynbrook, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. in East Rockaway on Sept. 22.
• Marco Rios-Cuellar, 43, of West Babylon, was arrested at 3:10 a.m. in Massapequa on Sept. 22.
• Gulbeyaz Arslan, 25, of Laurel, was arrested at 3:55 a.m. in Farmingdale on Sept. 22.
• Armitpal Singh, 24, of South Ozone Park, was arrested at 11:58 p.m. in Valley Stream on Sept. 22.
• Alexander Rosario-Duran, 38, of Copiague, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. in Massapequa on Sept. 23.
• Segundo J. Berrezeueta-Merchan, 45, of Glen Cove, was arrested at 4:23 a.m. in Greenvale on Sept. 23.
• Larissa A. McLoughlin, 56, of Pearl River, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. in Farmingdale on Sept. 24.
• Claude Barrette, 35, of Uniondale, was arrested at 4:15 a.m. in East Meadow on Sept. 25.
