Nassau Police Report: Week of January 5
Check out the recent crimes and arrests reported near the Massapequa area.

Nassau County Police released the crime report for the week of Jan. 5 to Jan. 12.
Check out the following incidents and arrests near the Massapequa area over the past week as reported by police:
- Dec. 31: Rory Ludde, 33, of Bethpage was arrested for shoplifting from Home Depot on Jericho Turnpike in Jericho.
- Jan. 2: Danielle Conigliaro, 33, of South Farmingdale was arrested for shoplifting from Stop and Shop on Motor Avenue in South Farmingdale.
- Jan. 5: Someone reported that spray painted various pictures on the rear wall of the building of Honeywell Security on Eileen Way in Syosset.
- Jan. 5: Younes Ouassil, 20, of Syosset was arrested for shoplifting from Old Country Road in East Garden City.
- Jan. 7: A man reported that someone stole his $100 Visa gift card from his room at the Somerset Gardens Apartments on Sunnyside Boulevard in Plainview.
- Jan. 7: Thomas Compono, 21, of Wantagh was arrested for DWI on Bayview Avenue and Bellport Avenue in Wantagh.
- Jan. 10: A man reported that someone keyed his car while it was parked on Ivy Street in Farmingdale.
- Jan. 10: A man reported that someone entered his car and stole his wallet on Seamans Neck Road in Wantagh.
- Jan. 11: A woman reported that someone stole a package from the front of her home that was delivered by Amazon on Long Ridge Road in Plainview.
