Philadelphia Man Exposed Himself To Nassau Girls Online: Police

Police say he entered a chat room the girls were using and exposed himself to them nearly a year ago.

A Philadelphia man was arrested on Thursday and charged with exposing himself to four underage Nassau County girls in a video chat application.

According to police, David Dargenio, of Philadelphia, was using the "House Party" video chat application on Feb. 21, 2018 when he entered an online chat room with four girls from Nassau County. Police say that, while in the chat room, he exposed his genitals to the girls.

After a long investigation, and with the help of Pennsylvania State Police, Dargenio was arrested on Jan. 3.

Dargenio is charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of third-degree obscenity. He was arraigned today in First District Court in Hempstead.
