Rep. King vs Speaker Gingrich

Weigh in on Rep. King's criticism of the surging GOP presidential candidate.

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich has seen his fortunes rise in the race for the Republican presidential nomination.

Many observers say the candidate from Georgia has benefited from Herman Cain's decision to suspend his campaign and stumbles by others in the race.

But Gingrich has always been a controversial politician who's faced personal and ethical questions.

One critic appears to be Rep. Peter King, R-Seaford, who accused Gingrich of being "too self centered" in an interview this week.

While King did say he preferred Gingrich to President Obama, he also predicted  "the country and Congress would be going through one crisis after another," if Gingrich were to win the presidency.
