That was a well deserved shock, and I lost the twenty lbs within three months.
Today, however, well, I have been using my bike for an hour daily, and we do see each constantly.

The device has been my constant companion throughout the seemingly endless long days and nights of isolation.
It accompanied me on a Christmas trip to California. I introduced it to my west coast family.
And now today it doesn’t recognize me.
Have I altered overnight? Have the “Stephen King” dreams caused my hair to turn white since I last checked my email?
Well, while I await impatiently for Apple support to return my emergency phone call, I am retrieving the brushes, wands, jars and tubes of makeup abandoned when Covid 19 arrived.
I hope I still have a tortoise shell hair clip somewhere that may help with a chignon. Perhaps then I may be recognizable once again.
Meanwhile I believe I have learned another lesson and must admit the somewhat unrecognized luxury aspects of isolation have ended.
It is obviously time for me to re-emerge with some semblance of dignity.
