Weapons, Drugs, Cash Found At Home Of North Massapequa Dealer: Police
Three men were arrested after the raid on Wednesday.

NORTH MASSAPEQUA, NY - Three men were arrested after officers found weapons, drugs and cash in a North Massapequa home on Wednesday, according to Nassau Police.
Detectives from the Narcotics/Vice Squad in conjunction with the Nassau County COPE unit conducted a joint investigation in the North Massapequa area regarding the sale of marijuana, THC oil and crack cocaine.
The investigation that began in April 2017 led to the arrests of 25-year-old John Griffin and 21-year-old Christopher A. Ruiz, 21, both of N. Atlantic Avenue in North Massapequa along with 22-year-old John J. Kossmann, of Massapequa Park, police said.

A search warrant was executed for the home of Griffin and Ruiz recovered items included; a dagger, switchblade knife, butterfly knife, machetes, folding knives, a loaded semi-automatic handgun, an undetermined amount of cash, drug paraphernalia and substances believed to be marijuana, crack cocaine, and THC edibles, police said.

Kossmann was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and was released on an appearance ticket returnable to First District Court, police said.
Ruiz is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.
Griffin is charged with five counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance, two counts of criminal possession of a weapon and one count of criminal possession of a firearm, police said.
Both will be arraigned on Thursday.
