Nassau Bank Robbed For The Second Time This Month
BREAKING: Police are looking for the robber, who pulled off a brazen robbery in the middle of the day.

Nassau Police are searching for a man who robbed a bank in Roosevelt Thursday morning.
According to detectives, the man entered the Bethpage Federal Credit Union located at 405 Nassau Road at 11:25 a.m., approached the teller and demanded money. The teller gave the robber an undetermined amount of cash, and then the man fled on foot west on Henry Street.
The robber is described as a black man in his 50s, about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, with a medium build and complexion, wearing wired-rimmed glassess, a black hooded sweatshirt, gray jeans, a NY Yankees baseball cap and black sneakers.

There were nine employees and four customers in the bank at the time of the robbery. No one was injured.
This is the second time this month the same Bethpage Federal Credit Union has been robbed.

Detectives ask that anyone with information about this robbery call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
