Central Hudson Customers Have Power Loss In Wake Of Storm Tuesday
There were 77 active outages affecting 2,581 customers.

A line of severe weather pushed through the Hudson Valley leaving scattered power outages around the region. According to the Central Hudson website, as of 5:50 p.m., there were 77 active outages affecting 2,581 customers.
In Dutchess County, the hardest hit areas are Fishkill and East Fishkill, both with about 80 customers.
Most of the county’s outages will be restored early Tuesday evening.

Orange County has 572 customers without power, out of more than 50,000.
The Town of Newburgh has the most affected customers, with 415 in the dark. Power is estimated to be restored by 7 p.m. Tuesday.

In Putnam County, 451 customers are without electricity. The most are in Philipstown with 445. Power should be restored by 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Ulster County had the most customers with no power. There are 1,228 affected out of more than 88,000.
Olive is bearing the brunt with 635 customers. At this time, there is no estimated restoration.
