Columbia County Man Accused Of Rape, Incest
Police said the alleged crimes took place over a five-year period.
CHATHAM, NY — A Columbia County man is facing more than 100 felony counts of rape and incest. State police said Jeremy R. Hart, 42, of Chatham, was accused Monday of engaging in a course of domestic and sexual violence against a victim during a five-year period.
The investigation began in February 2018.
Hart was located in Colonie, Albany County, and arrested through a warrant issued by the Columbia County Court.

He was arraigned on the following charges:
- 56 counts of first-degree rape, felonies
- 56 counts of third-degree incest, felonies
Hart was sent to the Columbia County Jail without bail.
