
DOVER, NY — A Connecticut man was arrested in New York for allegedly burglarizing a Town of Dover home last year. State Police said Leslie G. Vannostrand III, 29, of Waterbury, CT, was charged with second-degree burglary, a felony.
Troopers responded July 13, 2017, to Halls Corners Road in the Town of Dover for a report of a burglary.
An investigation found that Vannostrand broke into the residence and stole such things as credit cards, jewelry and cash, police said.

A warrant for his arrest was issued Feb. 13 by the Town of Dover Court and Vannostrand was located by the Waterbury Police Department in Connecticut.
He was arraigned in the Town of Dover Court and sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail or $40,000 bond.
