Dutchess County Man Accused Of Inappropriate Sexual Conduct

The man faces a felony charge, authorities said.

PLEASANT VALLEY, NY — A Dutchess County man was accused of inappropriate sexual conduct after a month-long investigation.

The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office said Chandler C. Stolarski, 22, Pleasant Valley, was charged with second-degree criminal sexual act, a felony.

The sheriff's office said Stolarski was arrested Tuesday and was accused of engaging in sexual conduct with someone less than 15 years of age.

Authorities said the incident happened in 2020.

Stolarski was arraigned in the Town of Milan Court and released on $7,000 bail.
