Empire Center President Addresses Dutchess Chamber

E.J. McMahon, president of the Empire Center for Public Policy, will discuss issues related to the business community during his keynote address at the May Contact Breakfast on Wednesday, May 18 from 7:30-9 a.m. at the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel and Conference Center. McMahon will highlight issues such as the minimum wage and the economic climate throughout New York.

The Empire Center for Public Policy, Inc. is an independent, non-partisan, nonprofit think tank based in Albany. Its mission is to make New York a better place to live and work by promoting public policy reforms grounded in free-market principles, personal responsibility, and the ideals of effective and accountable government.

To help those in need of our assistance, the Chamber's Ambassador Committee has partnered with its Workforce Development Center to collect canned and dry goods at each Contact Breakfast.
