Fake $100 Bills Being Passed In Hudson Valley
State police said this is a multi-jurisdictional investigation.

GARDINER, NY — Fake $100 bills are being investigated by the New York State Police in Ulster County.
Police said, around 3:30 p.m. Sept. 14, a counterfeit $100 bill with the serial number LE09714562E was passed by a woman at Tantillo's Farm Market, 730 Route 208 in the town of Gardiner.
The woman had tattoos on her right forearm, left arm and chest that said "Ethan" in a circle.

Police said the woman was a passenger in a black Cadillac driven by a man. The car had no front plate or identifiable markings.
The man has been known to pass the bills in the village of Florida in Orange County, according to authorities.

The bill with LE09714562E as serial number has been passed in Orange, Ulster and Dutchess counties.
State police said this is a multi-jurisdictional investigation.
