Felony Charges After Brooklyn Shoplifting Crew Hits Hudson Valley CVS Store: Police
Approximately $5,048 worth of suspected stolen merchandise was recovered, according to the Town of Cornwall Police Department.

CORNWALL, NY — Two Brooklyn men have been arrested following a frantic shoplifting spree at an Orange County CVS.
On Wednesday, around 8:15 p.m., the Town of Cornwall Police Department responded to the CVS on Quaker Avenue, after receiving a report of a larceny in progress.
Store employees told cops that two men entered the store, filled bags with thousands of dollars in merchandise, and fled the area in a blue Jeep.

A description of the suspects and the vehicle was broadcast to surrounding law enforcement agencies.
A Town of Highlands Police Department patrol unit soon stopped a vehicle matching the description on Route 9W, near Stony Lonesome Road. During the investigation, about $5,048 worth of suspected stolen merchandise was recovered from the vehicle, according to police.

Dujuan Marshall-Green, 37, and Tyreese Boomer, 36, both from Brooklyn, were charged with grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property. The pair was arraigned in the City of Newburgh Court and released on their own recognizance.
The Town of Cornwall Police Department said it was assisted by the Town of Highlands Police Department, the Village of Highland Falls Police Department, and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Police.
