Galleria Mall Shooting: Suspect Enters Plea In Court — UPDATE
Two people were injured in the incident.

MIDDLETOWN, NY — The man accused of firing a gun at the Galleria at Crystal Run pleaded not guilty to all charges. Michael Perez-Rodriguez, 27, of Pennsylvania, was charged with two counts of assault and one of reckless endangerment.
Perez-Rodriguez surrendered his passport, even though it had expired, Spectrum News said.
He had appeared in surveillance videos but was clean-shaven in court.

WALLKILL, NY — The man suspected of firing a gun Sunday at the Galleria at Crystal Run has turned himself in. Authorities have not released the name of the man.
Images of the man were released Tuesday afternoon, recordonline.com said.
Police responded to the mall around 3 p.m. The shooting happened near the American Eagle store on the mall’s second floor.
The mall was locked down after the incident and patrons were evacuated. Two people were injured.
