Pine Plains Man Sentenced For Sex Abuse, Child Porn
Police said they found the child pornography while investigating a domestic incident.

PINE PLAINS, NY — A 35-year-old Pine Plains man is going to prison for six-and-a-half years for child sex abuse. Nicholas J. Terilli was sentenced in Dutchess County Court Thursday for use of a child in a sexual performance and first-degree sexual abuse, felonies.
His sentences will run concurrently and will also have 15 years of post-release supervision, in addition to having to register as a sex offender, the Poughkeepsie Journal reported.
Terilli was arrested in March after state police said they found child pornography while investigating a domestic incident in a Main Street location in Pine Plains.
