Police Search Hudson River For Triple-Homicide Weapon
The area being searched was in near the Walkway Over the Hudson.
NEWBURGH, NY — The Hudson River is being searched Wednesday for the weapon used to kill three members of a Newburgh family. Police were searching an area near the Walkway Over the Hudson.
State police told the Times Herald-Record that an underwater recovery team was assisting the Town of Newburgh police.
Kaliek Goode-Ford, 30, of Newburgh, was accused killing Jimmy Crisantos, 27, Shatavia Crisantos, 26, and Giovannie Tambino, 9, is their Newburgh home Sunday.

A 3-year-old was critically wounded, but Shatavia Crisantos' 10-year-old son was not hurt.
Goode-Ford was sentenced Tuesday to seven years in prison on an unrelated felony weapon possession charge from 2016.
