Staff Members Injured Installing Hot Water Heater At School

There was no disruption to the school day, officials said.

CUDDEBACKVILLE, NY — According to a post from Hamilton Bicentennial Elementary School, two staff members were installing a new hot water heater at the school Thursday afternoon.

During the installation, they were sprayed with hot water.

School officials said there was no impact to students, other staff members or the school's instructional day.
