Snow, Flooding, 30s In The Hudson Valley
After more than an inch of rain, advisories have been issued for parts of the region. Take care of tender plants.

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — In May, on Mother's Day. It snowed in the Catskills and it's going to snow again Monday night. The rest of the region will get more rain (that's after up to two inches of rain fell on the region in the Mother's Day storm).
The National Weather Service posted a coastal flooding advisory for southern Westchester County for high tide Monday evening:
TIDAL DEPARTURE...1 1/2 to 2 ft above astronomical tides.
COASTAL FLOOD IMPACTS...There is a low threat of property damage. Shallow flooding is expected in the most vulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline. Expect around 1 to 2 feet of inundation above ground level in low lying, vulnerable areas. Some roads and low lying property including parking lots, parks, lawns and homes/businesses with basements near the waterfront will experience shallow flooding.
There is also a hazardous outlook for Rockland County for Monday afternoon:

Rain will mix with or change over to snow across the higher elevations tonight. Wet snow will be seen at elevations above 1500 feet, although accumulations of 1 to 4 inches will generally occur for areas above 2500 feet.

Otherwise, for Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Ulster and Westchester counties, it's going to be raw and rainy Monday and Tuesday. We won't see another day of dry weather until possibly Wednesday.
Also, temperatures will drop into the lower 40s and even into the 30s with the risk of some frost in the normally colder spots where the sky becomes clear on Tuesday and/or Wednesday nights, said Kyle Elliott, AccuWeather meteorologist.
Just with the weekend storm, we got more than an inch of rain across the valley.

@NYSmesonet cameras show wet snow accumulations in the Catskills today. Both precip intensity & elevation determined the difference between accumulating and staying wet. Thanks to followers in the Greens, Berkshires & NW CT who shared snow pictures too. #nywx #vtwx #mawx #ctwx pic.twitter.com/v46x0Ag6WT
