State Police Investigating Hudson Valley Hit-And-Run
The incident occurred during the morning of Jan. 8, police said.

GREENVILLE, NY — State police in Orange County are investigating a hit-and-run incident from Jan. 8. Police said it involved a pedestrian and an unknown vehicle and happened between 6:35 a.m. and 7 a.m. on Monahan Road in the Town of Greenville.
Robert Ruscher, 62, of Greenville, was on a morning run Jan. 8 staring on Rutgers Creek Road.
He turned right onto Kurpick Road, then turned right onto Center Road, then left onto Logtown Road and then a left on County Route 1.

After that, he turned onto Monahan Road, but then turned around to return home.
Police said the last memory Ruscher had was seeing a vehicle in the vicinity of the 100 block of Monahan Road.

He suffered a broken right ankle, a head injury and several abrasions.
State police are asking anyone with any information to contact them at 845-856-6440.
