MONTGOMERY, NY — A Wallkill resident faces a felony charge of driving while intoxicated after a collision with an ambulance Sunday on Interstate 84.

New York State police were called to I-84 westbound at 9:30 p.m. They found an Ambulnz ambulance and crew and a 2014 Acura had been in a crash. They concluded the driver of the Acura, Ragi Hill, 26, was impaired by alcohol. Hill was transported to Garnet Medical Center for medical evaluation.
