MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — Want to check out the lavish holiday-themed department store windows in New York City but don't want to freeze while doing so?
You're in luck. Google Shopping's newest feature "Window Wonderland" features 18 of Midtown's glitziest window decorations from the flagship stores for brands such as Lloyd & Tailor, Barneys New York, Macy's and more.
In what can only be described as a legitimate public service, "Window Wonderland" lets users take a virtual stroll down some of New York's busiest shopping streets without actually having to deal with other living human beings. On that virtual stroll users can pan across window displays and even thrust themselves in front of some of the attractions to check out 360 degree photographs.
