Helicopter To Fly Low Over Midtown Manhattan Monday
A helicopter will fly low over Midtown and Lower Manhattan for about four hours Monday for a filming project, police said.

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — A low-flying helicopter over Manhattan on Monday should be no cause for concern — it's conducting a filming project, police said.
The red, white and blue Hughes 269C helicopter will fly at about 2,000 feet above Midtown and Lower Manhattan from around 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, according to the NYPD.
For reference, that's about 550 feet above the spire of the Empire State Building, and 224 feet above the tip of One World Trade Center's spire.
