'Stranger Things' Fans Get Perfect Binge Watching Room At Midtown Hotel

The Gregory Hotel is offering free streaming in a room decked out with "Stranger Things" decorations and curated snacks.

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — Netflix will release season two of its popular original series "Stranger Things" on Friday, and one Midtown hotel is offering the show's fans the perfect environment for binge watching.

Starting Friday, The Gregory Hotel on West 35th Street between Fifth and Sixth avenues will offer a special deal called the "ex-stream-ly cozy package." Stranger Things fans who sign up for the package will be treated to free access to streaming services, curated snacks and show-related decorations.

The room will be decked out with a "Stranger Things" wall tapestry, fleece blanket and pillowcase, according to the hotel's website. The offer also comes with a "friends don't lie" mug — referencing a notable line from the show — that guests can take home with them.

If guests get hungry during their binge watch they can snack on Healthy Skoop sleep protein snacks and Eggo Waffles. The package also comes with two servings of canned Chardonnay.

The "ex-stream-ly cozy package" begins at a rate of $249 per night, according to the hotel's website. The Gregory Hotel will offer the package starting Friday, Oct. 27 through Aug. 30, 2018.
