  • C.H.A.O.S.  Cardio Heart rate Accerlation objective system. This class is not for the beginner. It is one hour of high intensity compound excercises. CHAOS will push you harder than you've been pushed before. Burn up to 1000 calories during this challenging workout. Be well hydrated and rested!
