From 3 until 6pm on Saturday, June 23, Vine 2 Wine will be hosting a complimentary wine tasting featuring Eric Bordelet Sidre Brut Tendre as well as Alcyone Uruguay Tannat NV. The Sidre is an exceptional, off-dry apple cider. Produced in France, from one hundred year old apple trees, this cider makes a perfect treat to cozy up with. The bubbles and present minerality make it a lovely choice for an aperitif. The Alcyone is produced from fifteen year old vines and is then aged for sixteen months in French Oak. This dessert wine has a radiant somewhat amber color with a texture that reminds us of honey. Touched with a bouquet of winter flowers and bourbon-vanilla with wild apples and mint, it has a very long and pleasant finish.
