Miller Place Resident Brittany Bach to Teach at Hauppauge

Hauppauge School District is pleased to announce the appointment of Miller Place resident Brittany Bach to teach English Language Arts (ELA) at the Middle School. Bach previously served as leave replacement English teacher at West Islip School District; and prior to that, was a leave replacement English teacher for Three Village School District in East Setauket. She additionally works annually as a preparatory acting, singing and dance teacher for K-3 students at the Three Village Musical Theatre Company Summer Camp.

Bach received a Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Joseph’s College in Patchogue and currently is pursuing a Masters of Arts in Literacy and Cognition at St. Joseph’s College. She holds a New York State Initial Certification in Adolescent Education – English Language Arts, grades 7-12, and a New York State Initial Certification – Extension in Early Secondary Grades, grades 5-6.
