Rocky Point Man Catches Big Bass in Montauk
Weighing over 60 pounds, striped bass was caught off Montauk Point.
Angler Scott Leonard, of Rocky Point, and Roger Dean, of Islip, brought in a 60.2-pound striped bass to on Monday around 3 p.m.
They made the big catch on Leonard's boat "Top Gun" off Montauk Point, using live bunker as bait, according to Rich Janis at Star Island.
Just last week, a was also brought into Star Island.
