The Dish: Cool Down with Lunch at Cuzzin's

Cuzzin's Smoothie Cafe at 333 Route 25A in the Marshall's Shopping Center offers 13 different smoothie selections and dozens of breakfast and lunch options. Their smoothies are also now in Rocky Point.

The Dish: Turkey Ranch Wrap ($7.49) and 16 oz. Pirates Cove smoothie ($4.99). Half-wrap and smoothie "Special Combo" available for $8.99.

What's Inside: The Turkey Ranch Wrap is stuffed with bacon, sundried tomatoes, avocado, romain lettuce, swiss cheese and ranch dressing. The Pirates Cove smoothie is made with Passion fruit juic, pineapple sherbet, frozen strawberries and frozen peaches.

How it Tastes: The bacon is crispy and the ingredients are fresh. The sundried tomatoes along with the bacon offer a nice salty-sweet combination. The smoothie is ice cold to the last drop, freshly made and refreshing.

Verdict: If you're looking for a light Summer lunch that will cool you off, the Special Combo half-wrap along with a 16oz. smoothie is a great deal to keep you going during the hot summer afternoons.
