Join us as we come together to experience a yoga and kayaking trip. We will meet in Port Jefferson Harbor at the launching beach just east of the Village Center, address for GPS is 01-A East Broadway, Port Jefferson, NY 11777. (Those renting will be boarding from the dock behind Danford’s and paddle over to the beach). We will then paddle to Pirates Cove where we will shore up and have an asana class. Stopping mid-way to have an on-board group meditation. After class, we will enjoy a snack, take a swim, walk or simply relax on the shore before we paddle back to the dock. (The paddle itself will take approximately 30-45 minutes each way to and from the island). Bring water, sunscreen, towel, yoga mat and life vest if you have your own boat.

RENTERS!!: We are renting from Snow Shed in Port Jefferson. 473-2572. they are giving us a discounted rate as long as we have at least ten people renting. They can accommodate 12 riders. They have four double kayaks ($70 for half day) and four single kayaks ($60 for half day). YOU MUST CALL AND RESERVE UNDER OUR GROUP NAME “YOGA WITH AMY’ to receive the discount. You will meet them on the dock behind Danford’s and paddle over to the beach.

There is limited parking. Try and park east of the Port Jeff Village Center if space allows, otherwise, there is metered parking in village. We must do our best to stay together for the entire paddle. Your safety is my highest priority. If you choose to leave the group, you are on your own. Please make a commitment to stay with un until we return back to our starting point.
