$2.4K Stolen From Williston Park Restaurant: Police

WILLISTON PARK, NY — A man burglarized a Williston Park restaurant on Monday morning, Nassau police said.

A man entered Blue Wave, a restaurant at 344 Hillside Avenue, through an unlocked back door at 3:35 a.m., police said. The man stole roughly $2,400 from inside before fleeing in an unknown direction, police said. Detectives are looking for him.

Police described the man as 5 feet 10 inches tall, having a thin build, wearing a black hooded jacket, black pants, white sneakers, black gloves and a mask.
