Join us downstairs in the Walter & Joan Hobbs Art Gallery during the month of November for a viewing of the artwork of Nancy Wernersbach & Carol A. Bruder.
Nancy's love for painting and desire to capture the beauty of the ocean and the natural world in her art was nurtured at Southampton College of Long Island University. She graduated with a B.F.A. degree in 1981. Currently, she works as a full-time artist and also teaches watercolor painting.
Carol works mainly in oils, some acrylics and does black and white ink drawings. Her favorite is landscape, but paints portraits and still life occasionally. She is past president of two art leagues and still on the board of the Art League of Nassau County.
