Irish Dance Classes at the Mineola Library

The Mineola Public Library and Long Island Traditions are pleased to announce a special dance class series happening this spring, featuring master Irish dance teachers Kevin and Joan Westley. Kevin is a certified Céilí dance teacher from An Coimisiun le Rinci Gaelacha.

There will be four classes taking place on April 14, 21, 28, and May 5th. Each 1½ hour class will begin at 11:30 am and is suitable for adults and children ages 7 – 70. Space will be limited to the first 25 who reserve their spaces. You can come to any or all of the classes. Types of dances will include the waltz, céilí, and country dances. Advance registration required.
