Garden City resident, Elizabeth Doctor, RN, CRA, NTP, Registered Nurse and Nutritional Therapist invites residents and their friends to join her on a brief journey toward improving your health through hormone and endocrine system balancing. The enlightening presentation will be held October 4th at 7:00 PM at the Irish American Society of Nassau Suffolk and Queens Inc. 297 Willis Avenue, Mineola. Admission is $10 per person and open to all. 

Ms. Doctor recently shared, "Hormones are a communication system, the key to health, vitality and youth. Our food choices can severely compromise our health and hormones. I enjoy working with people so they learn how to balance and maintain these vital messengers so they can enjoy a long and healthy life." 
 
The presentation will focus on how to Balance your hormones using a nutrient dense diet, Learn the effects of Iodine deficiency (affects over 70% people) and how to prevent it ensuring Thyroid health, Prevent the onset of diabetes, learn how to stop Insulin resistance, and lastly how to Avoid menopausal symptoms by maintaining healthy adrenals.
