Meadow Drive School Unveils Epic Lego Wall for Little Engineers

The wall is for kindergarten through second grade students at the Mineola school.

Meadow Drive School unveiled an Epic Lego wall for their little engineers in kindergarten through second grade on Friday, Oct. 16.

Select second grade student experts helped in removing the wall’s paper cover to reveal the surprise Lego Creations in Katelynn Schmidt’s STEAM room.

Lego walls provide an opportunity for primary-level students to exercise creativity, special thinking, fine motor skills, mathematics and the early stages of robotics-style thinking.
