Police Release Photos of Man Wanted For Mineola Bank Robbery
Robbery occurred on Jericho Turnpike Saturday, March 28.
Police recently released photos of the masked gunman who robbed a Mineola bank on Saturday, March 28.
According to police, the man entered Bethpage Federal Credit Union, located at 131 Jericho Turnpike, and verbally demanded money shortly before 11 a.m.
After obtaining an undisclosed amount of money, the man, who was armed with a black handgun, fled the bank on foot west on Jericho Turnpike then east on Washington Avenue, police said.

There were five employees and four customers in the bank at the time of the robbery. No injuries were reported.
The robber was described as 6-foot to 6-foot-2, wearing a gray jacket, black hooded sweatshirt, black mask and dark pants.
