Arrest Made in April 17 Mount Vernon Shooting

MOUNT VERNON, NY - Police arrested a New York City man April 20 in the shooting death of a man in Mount Vernon.
Bobby G. Jackson of West 122nd Street allegedly shot and killed Charles Smith, according to an article at lohud.com.
