Investigators believe that several men at a nearby bar got into a disagreement outside. That argument escalated to physical violence. The victim was repeatedly punched and kicked, including being kicked in the head while on the ground and two suspects believed responsible were arrested. Police believe that the men involved knew each other and might be related.
26-year-old Jonathan Teelin, of Mount Kisco, and his brother, 22-year-old Felix Teelin, of Hastings-On-Hudson, were charged with felony assault. Both men are expected to be arraigned later today, according to officials.
