City Council paralyzes activities for seniors and kids

(Mount Vernon, NY) On Wednesday, April 10, the Mount Vernon City Council decided to put some of the City’s programs for seniors and children on hold. No explanation was given why they want to disrupt CityFest, Summer Fun at Hartley Park or food service for our low-income seniors. See for yourself…..
