Jeep Ends Up In Bronx River Monday

The car that ended up in the river was sideswiped by a merging vehicle.

A Jeep ended up in the Bronx River Monday in Yonkers, injuring the driver but not the one passenger. A merging car sideswiped the Jeep making it go into the water.

Police said the Jeep’s driver broke her arm, News 12 reported, but a toddler in the backseat was unharmed.

The driver of the car that caused the incident is facing drug charges.
