Hollar, a lieutenant of the DCSO, was appointed interim leader after the “boss” fell ill, prosecutors said.

Hollar had the authority to hire and fire members of the Enterprise, and supplied DCSO sellers with heroin and fentanyl and collected proceeds from the sales. He also sold heroin and fentanyl on the street.

On April 11, 2019, an early morning drug sweep resulted in the arrest of Hollar and 10 other men. Officers seized 1.5 kilos of loose heroin, a half kilo of cocaine, 6,000 bags of heroin bearing the enterprise stamp plus $25,000 cash and a loaded .38 caliber revolver.

The 11 faced a 68-count indictment including charges of enterprise corruption, operating as a major trafficker, conspiracy, and criminal sale and possession of heroin and fentanyl.

The bust was the result of a seven-month investigation led by MVPD narcotics detectives, the Westchester County Police and prosecutors from the District Attorney’s Investigation Division.

The case was prosecuted by the Westchester County District Attorney’s Gang, Firearms & Narcotics
