• Vehicle Burglaries At Hackensack Luxury High-Rise Lead To Arrest Of Ex-Con Who Killed Couple In Crash (tapinto.net subscription) — A Nanuet resident on parole for a fatal 2017 New City crash is back in custody after Hackensack police say they caught him fighting a security guard and vehicle owner at a luxury high-rise garage. Officers reportedly found stolen valuables from several cars, and a judge has ordered him held in Bergen County Jail while the new robbery and burglary charges proceed.
