ROCKLAND BUSINESS WOMEN'S NETWORK TO HOST SUMMER GOLF AND TENNIS CLINIC AND LUNCHEON

The Rockland Business Women’s Network (RBWN) will host a fun Summer Golf and Tennis Clinic and Luncheon on Tuesday, July 14th at Paramount Country Club on Zukor Road in New City. The event will begin at noon with lunch and be followed by a 2-4 pm golf or tennis small group instruction clinic with club professionals.

The cost is $37.50 for lunch only or $75 for lunch and one of the clinics. “We held a similar event last year with a golf clinic and it was very well received even by those who just stayed for the lunch portion of the day. This year we have added a tennis clinic as requested by several of our members,” stated Cynthia Branca, newly installed President of the RBWN. Registration is available on line at www.rbwn.org and should be made by July 3rd. “It’s a great way to get in some relaxed networking and improve your game,” added Branca.

The Rockland Business Women’s Network (RBWN), established in 1979, supports and empowers women by providing networking and educational opportunities. This non-profit organization focuses on leadership and professional development, building personal and professional relationships and community support through scholarships and training. RBWN is dedicated to women helping women–and men are always welcome at the meetings. The RBWN Scholarship Fund, established in 1997, has donated over $33,000 to support local students with college scholarships and training and professional development opportunities for members. The organization also provides scholarships to eligible members who have been accepted into the Leadership Rockland program.
