Beyond Sushi's New Fall Menu Soars to New Heights

New dishes from Executive Chef Guy Vaknin include Truffle Risotto, Stuffed Artichoke Hearts, Spanakopita and more.

Beyond Sushi, which is known for its irresistible vegan sushi, dumplings, wraps and salads, now also offers an elevated new fall menu at their flagship location at 134 W. 37th Street as well as their W. 56th Street and Nolita locations, now until year's end. New dishes from Executive Chef Guy Vaknin include a decadently flavorful Truffle Risotto made with Porcini mushrooms, arborio rice, baby bellas, shiitake caps, oyster mushrooms, thyme flowers, chervil and fresh shaved truffles, Stuffed Artichoke Hearts with turmeric ground seitan, celery root purée, green pea and mint sauce, Spanakopita with flaky phyllo, spinach, feta, smoked paprika and dill caper dip and an Artisanal Cheese Board, which is perfect for sharing.
