About the Workshop

A Different Way to Think About Brain Health

This workshop is designed for individuals who want to stay mentally sharp, emotionally flexible, and deeply engaged with life—without relying on fear-based messaging or generic wellness advice.

Grounded in neuropsychology and depth-oriented therapy, the program focuses on how the brain functions in real life: attention, memory, emotional processing, creativity, and self-perception. Rather than asking “What’s wrong?”, we explore what supports growth, flexibility, and meaning across the lifespan.

Ketamine is used thoughtfully—not as a shortcut, but as a tool to support neuroplasticity, insight, and engagement when paired with preparation, education, and integration.

When Cognitive Decline Isn’t the Full Story

Many people notice subtle changes over time—difficulty focusing, reduced flexibility, or a sense of disengagement. Labels like “brain fog” may describe the experience, but they don’t always move people forward.

Often, limiting self-narratives shape behavior:

  • Pulling back from challenge
  • Avoiding meaningful activities
  • Doubting one’s ability to adapt

Over time, disengagement becomes its own barrier to brain health.

This workshop interrupts that cycle by combining neuropsychological education with experiential work that supports agency, curiosity, and self-efficacy.
