3 Rockland Residents Arrested For DWI
Over the past weekend, state police made 20 arrested for impaired driving.

ROCKLAND, NY — State Police arrested 20 drivers over the weekend who were driving while impaired by either alcohol or drugs. Three of the people who were arrested were from Rockand County.
From the State Police:
On April 7, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested Mark Alfieri, 41, of Pomona, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 202 in the Town of Haverstraw when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested, police said.
On April 7, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested Darren Hill, 32, of New City, for DWI. He was traveling on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in the Town of Clarkstown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested, police said.
On April 8, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested Roberto Cenname, 26, of Haverstraw, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 303 in the Town of Clarkstown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested, police said.
